ServSafe® is the brand name of a food safety training program developed by the National Restaurant Association. The ServSave® program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute – Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP). With over 4 million foodservice professionals certified, ServSafe® is recognized by more federal, state, and local regulatory bodies than any other food safety certification program. Participants can choose from Manager or Employee (Food Handler) training, and either online- or classroom-based courses.
